Since retiring, I have set myself a few small challenges to occupy my time:

To read a book from an author that was born in every country in the world.

To learn to draw and try to capture an image from every park bench in Morpeth town, where I live.

To walk up all the rivers in Northumberland from mouth to source.

To read all the Booker Prize winning books.
