Huella de carbono

Es mi primera y quizás la ultima poesia en español.

Huella de carbono
Transparante pero oscuro,
Conmigo todo el tiempo
Como un dolor secreto.

Intento cambiar la Vida,
Andiando en la bicicletta,
Es mejor por nuestro planeta,
Mas actividad pero menos energía.

Quizás porqué soy humano
Hay una demanda de consumo.
Sigo amaneza el mondo
Con mi huella de carbono.

Carbon footprint
Invisible but dark,
With me all the time
Like a painful secret.

I try to chnage my life,
Riding my bicycle,
It’s better for our planet,
More activity but less energy.

Perhaps because I’m human
I have the need to consume.
Still I threaten the world
With my carbon footprint.

I know, rubbish.
